Nudge Commerce ("we") publishes Invitova, a Shopify app for customer activation. This page explains what personal data this website and the app handle, and why.
This website
This website has no forms, accounts, cookies, or analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to run and secure the site. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
The Invitova app
When a store installs Invitova, we process data on behalf of that store (the merchant) to provide the app:
- Store details from Shopify needed to run the app and its settings.
- Cart value, to show progress toward a free-shipping goal.
- For the quiz journey: the shopper's quiz answers and email address, to send a free-shipping code and show the merchant how people answered.
- Discount codes issued, with their limits and expiry.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Merchants control which journeys are on. Data is deleted when a merchant uninstalls the app, or when Shopify sends a customer or shop data-deletion request.
Your rights
Shoppers should contact the store they bought from about their data; we will help the store respond. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold.
